In light of the recent concerns surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, we would like to inform you that TouchMark will be operating under regular business hours and attempting to meet all medical production commitments.
Effective March 17, 2020, a shelter-in-place order was issued for Alameda County, where TouchMark is headquartered. Because we provide services that are critical to the medical industry, the company is classified as an “Essential Business” and will continue to operate according to the order.
TouchMark’s management response team is implementing precautionary measures in line with the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local health authorities. Ensuring the health and well-being of our employees, customers and community continues to be our first priority.
TouchMark has business continuity plans in place, which are intended to limit the impact of any interruption in production to our customers. Even in these disconcerting times, we are fully committed to supporting your business in every way we can.
The COVID-19 situation is constantly evolving, and we will be adjusting operations as the situation warrants. The latest developments will be posted on this page as they become available. For any concerns or questions, feel free to reach out to your local representative or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
