Biocompatible Inks: These Class VI Medical grade inks are widely used on medical devices including catheters, microcatheters, tubing, trocars, cannulas, heat shrinks, syringes and other surgical instruments to comply with FDA standards for products that may come in physical contact with the human body.
TouchMark’s custom equipment is optimized to meet the precision printing specifications for unique medical devices including those that require critical 360° rotational markings.
Permanent Ink Adhesion, necessary in the medical device industry, is assured through TouchMark’s quality control systems, custom equipment and years of expertise.
The markings are tested to assure high adhesion and can withstand sterilization techniques such as Ethylene Oxide Sterilization, Gamma Radiation or Autoclave.
